What You’ll Need:
- Pencil
- Glue
- Scissors
- Hole Punch
- construction paper
- clear nylon fishing line
- margarine tub or coffee can
- 1/2″ diameter metal washers or screws
How To Do It:
- Using scraps of construction paper and glue, place the tub upside down on a table and decorate them.
- Punch four holes along rim of each tub using the hole punch. The holes should be around 1/2 ” from the edge of each tub and evenly spaced out.
- Cut four similar lengths of fishing.
- Tie one end fishing line to a metal washer or screw.
- Thread one piece of fishing line through each hole in the tub and tie it with a knot.
- Place the tub upside down (bottoms up).
- Poke two holes about 1″ apart in the center of the bottom of each tub with a sharpened pencil.
- Thread a 12″ length of fishing line through bottom holes and tie the ends together to make a hanger for the wind chimes.
Hung the wind chimes indoors or outside.
